March 12th Menu

Breakfast: Toast with plum-pear jam and a caffe latte, eaten as I tried to finalise my (very near!!) spring break plans.

Lunch:  A panini from my little shop, purchased to go and eaten next to the river in the warm March sunlight. It was filled with bresaola, pear, parmesan, arugula, and brie in what would probably become my usual if I’d discovered this panini shop a little earlier.

Tea: A caffe latte and a black tea at my favorite coffee shop while I worked on my final paper for Jodie’s art history class.

Dinner: Strange toast with a pâté-like substance on it, eggplant parmesan, and tagliatelle al sugo. Then some sort of cream pastry for dessert. We went out for dinner with the entire program—including instructors—and I had a lovely meal at my little table with one of our drawing instructors who tried to assassinate us all through the very sneaky method of making us laugh hysterically while eating. I nearly choked to death!
